Welcome to Terreri Photo & Art, LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and photography services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Terreri Photo & Art, LLC provides professional photography services, specializing in weddings, elopements, and artistic portraiture. All bookings are subject to availability and a signed service agreement.

2. Bookings & Payments

To secure a session date, a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required. Final payment terms, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your photography agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Client-initiated cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer. In the rare event Terreri Photo & Art, LLC must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, clients will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule, subject to availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All images remain the intellectual property of Terreri Photo & Art, LLC. Clients are granted limited personal usage rights as described in the contract. Commercial use or redistribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Client Conduct

Clients agree to provide necessary information and conduct themselves respectfully throughout the process. Terreri Photo & Art, LLC reserves the right to terminate a session for harassment, inappropriate behavior, or breach of agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Terreri Photo & Art, LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the photography services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
